Treatments are usually not part of your everyday lifestyle. You may feel shy or uneasy about receiving your first massage. It is our utmost goal to put you at ease and assist you in achieving the maximum benefit. After your first, we are confident that you will have no such concerns in the future.
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you enough time to check-in, enjoy a complimentary wine, coffee, or soft drink. Change / Cancellation / No-Show Policy Milans' many stylists, therapists and estheticians are highly trained professionals who are scheduled to serve you based upon the confirmed appointments you make. It is important to allow yourself at least TWENTY FOUR HOURS whenever you find it necessary to change or cancel confirmed appointments, or you become subject to a 50% change / cancellation fee. Individuals who do not show up and do not cancel their appointments will pay 100% of their first 2-hours of appointments.
As an adult client at Milan, you have both the RIGHT and the RESPONSIBILITY to fully communicate any health concerns, special needs and/or expectations you may have about receiving your services directly to the stylist, therapist, or esthetician providing the service BEFORE receiving it. In return, we pledge to check-in with you throughout your service to make sure you are comfortable and your expectations are fulfilled.
